By signing the application form, the rider/legal representative confirms that the rider is insured in accordance with the rules of the FMS ACR, UEM or FIM (depending on the type of event), the binding insurance instructions published in the FMS ACR Yearbook for the given year and for the amounts stated therein for the given season.
The participant of the competition defined in Article 60.1 of the General Sports Regulations of the ACR World Championships at the official event releases the FMNR, the organizers and officials, their employees, assistants and representatives from any liability for loss, damage or injury that may occur to him during the competition at the official event or training for this event, as stated in Article 110.3 of the General Sports Regulations of the ACR World Championships.
Furthermore, the participant assumes responsibility and confirms to the FMNR, the organizers and officials, their employees, assistants and representatives their full liability towards a third party for any loss, damage or injury for which they are partially or fully responsible.
In the event that an injury occurs or is discovered during the event, or in the event that the nature of the injury requires an examination of the ability to continue in the motorcycle event, the undersigned - aware of the risk of endangering third parties - releases the doctors from their obligation to maintain medical confidentiality towards the FMNR, or towards the responsible officials (company doctor, company director, sports commissaire) working at the event.
