The sender acknowledges the following facts:
1. The protection of the personal data of the sender, who is a natural person, is provided by:
Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the „Regulation“) and
Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the Protection of Personal Data, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Act on the Protection of Personal Data").
2. By filling out the contact form and sending the message, the sender acknowledges that the following personal data will be processed: name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number (hereinafter collectively referred to as "personal data").
3. The sender acknowledges the processing of personal data by the website owner for the purposes of exercising rights and obligations to process the request.
4. The processing of personal data is carried out by the website owner, however, personal data may be processed for the owner by other providers of processing software, services and applications.
5. Apart from persons authorized to process the data, the sender's personal data will not be passed on to third parties without their prior consent.
6. Personal data will not be transferred outside the European Union.
7. Personal data will be processed for a period of five years from the closing of the application.
8. Personal data will be processed in electronic form in an automated manner or in printed form in a non-automated manner.
9. The sender confirms that the personal data provided is accurate.
10. By sending the message, the sender confirms that he/she provided personal data voluntarily.
11. The sender acknowledges that, according to the regulation and the Czech Personal Data Protection Act, he has the right to:
withdraw consent at any time;
request from the website owner what personal data about the sender he/she processes and request a copy of this data;
request access to this data from the website owner and have it updated or corrected, or request restriction of processing;
request the website owner to delete this personal data under the conditions set out in legal regulations;
in case of doubt about the correctness of the website owner's procedure in processing personal data, file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection or go to court.
12. If the sender requests information about the processing of his/her personal data, the website owner is obliged to provide this information to him/her. The website owner has the right to demand reasonable compensation for the provision of information pursuant to the previous sentence, not exceeding the costs necessary to provide the information.
13. The sender agrees to the sending of information related to the site owner's message about events organized by the site owner to the sender's email address. By sending the form, the sender agrees to the processing of his/her personal data for the stated purpose, as well as to the sending of the stated information. The sender may withdraw his/her consent at any time, and the withdrawal of consent may be made either in writing or electronically by e-mail and must be sent to the site owner's address, or to the site owner's email address.
